Deliveries and returns
General delivery information
We deliver your orders via DHL or BPOST. Each delivery requires your signature upon receipt of the package. Responsibility for the items purchased passes to you as soon as the acknowledgment of receipt is signed. Please note, if you are not the final recipient (for example, for a gift), the person signing the acknowledgment assumes responsibility for the goods. Once orders have been shipped, it is not possible to redirect shipments.
Procedure in case of absence during delivery
If you are absent when the postman visits, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, and you will be able to collect your package at a relay point.
Shipping times
Your orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible (max. 72 hours excluding weekends). Oscar & Duum cannot be held responsible for delays related to payment checks or customs requirements.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added during the ordering process.
Our prices do not include customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or any other customs or import-related costs. Delivery is free in Belgium and Europe for all purchases over €90.
Returns, Warranties and Refunds
General informations
Exchanged or returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items used, damaged, stained, or in a condition that would prevent resale in new condition will not be returned or exchanged.
Costs incurred for the return of defective products will be reimbursed by Oscar & Duum if the complaint is accepted.
Oscar & Duum cannot and does not wish to take responsibility for any loss or damage during return or exchange transportation.
After returning the goods, Oscar & Duum reserves the right to evaluate the resale capacity and/or authenticity of the customer's claim in the event of a defect or error in the shipped goods.
Returns and exchanges can only be requested and made for purchases made on the online store www.oscarduum.com
Order return procedure
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return all products ordered on the site www.oscarduum.com .
- Let us know about the situation by sending an email to wow@oscarduum.com . Don't forget to mention your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- We will assess and confirm your request by email (note that final acceptance can only be guaranteed after the goods have been assessed on receipt, see step 4).
- Return the merchandise to the address provided: [Shipping Address].
- Upon receipt, we will evaluate the goods to determine whether they are suitable for resale and/or whether the claim is genuine.
- If the request is accepted, we will send you the exchange products or refund you as soon as possible. If, after evaluation, the request is rejected, no refund will be made.
Your order does not match what you received
If by mistake we have sent you incorrect references and/or sizes, we will happily exchange them.
If the correct products are no longer available, you can choose another item in stock - at the same price as the original order - or request a refund. In the event of a refund, we will refund all costs (including shipping costs).

You have received defective goods
In rare cases, a defect may occur in the goods we ship. If you receive defective goods, we will be happy to exchange or refund them. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
If the same products are no longer available for exchange, you can choose another in-stock item - at the same price as the original order - or request a refund. In the event of a refund, we will refund all costs (including shipping costs).

Quality control
All Oscar & Duum products are subject to quality testing at several stages of the production process. A second quality control is carried out upon arrival at the main Oscar & Duum warehouse. A third check (mainly relating to the color and quality of the fabric) is carried out before shipping the goods to our customers.
